No label to hand? Type what you know and Cellarnova looks up which existing wines match: you pick from up to thirty hits. For country, region and grapes a list appears as you type: every country in the world in your own language, 2,717 regions and appellations from the official registers, and 857 grape varieties with their common alternative names. Capitals, accents and punctuation don't count: "cote rotie" finds Côte-Rôtie.

To be clear: 3 photos per bottle (four is fine too), with clearly legible lettering: the front and back label, and the whole bottle from the front. It's quick to do with your smartphone.
